These Terms regulate the use of aurynexalix.com and of the informational channels operated by Aurynexalix S.A.S. Browsing the site or submitting forms implies acceptance of this document.
1. Purpose of the site
The site provides institutional and educational information about real estate crowdlending in Argentina. It does not constitute a public offer or investment recommendation. Formal participations in projects are instrumented separately and only in the authorised operational environment, according to the applicable regulations of the National Securities Commission (CNV) and Law No. 27,349 on Entrepreneurial Capital Support.
2. Permitted use
Use the site in good faith. It is not allowed to attempt access to restricted areas, overload the service, reuse contents without authorisation, or perform reverse engineering on its components.
3. Intellectual property
Texts, trademarks, logos and code of the site are the property of Aurynexalix S.A.S. or its licensors. Images come from banks with editorial licences. Commercial use requires prior written authorisation.
4. Disclosed risks
Real estate crowdlending involves risks: construction delays, price variations, regulatory changes or construction issues. Aurynexalix does not guarantee outcomes nor ensure the preservation of capital contributed by third parties to specific projects.
5. Limitation of liability
Aurynexalix is not responsible for typographical errors, occasional service interruptions, decisions taken on the basis of published information, or breaches caused by third parties outside the team. It commits to diligently correcting any inaccuracy detected.
6. External links
The site may include links to public bodies, media outlets or providers. We do not control their contents nor respond for their privacy practices.
7. Modifications
Aurynexalix may update these Terms when operation or regulation change. The version published on the site is the current one and supersedes previous ones.
8. Law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Argentina. Any controversy is submitted to the ordinary courts based in the City of Buenos Aires, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction or venue.
