This Policy describes how Aurynexalix S.A.S. processes personal data of people interacting with aurynexalix.com. It is drafted under Argentine Law No. 25,326 on Personal Data Protection and the current guidelines of the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP).
1. Who is the controller
The data controller is Aurynexalix S.A.S., Tax ID 30-71785412-3, with registered office at Av. Corrientes 2450, Floor 7, Office B, C1046AAP, Buenos Aires, Argentina. Any query regarding personal data can be sent to privacidad@aurynexalix.com.
2. What data we collect
We receive the data you submit through the contact form (name, email address and message) and basic technical data such as truncated IP address, browser type and pages visited. Technical data is only activated if you consent from the cookie banner.
3. Purpose of processing
We use your data to reply to enquiries, keep the site secure, improve the experience and — if you allow it — measure the effectiveness of Google Ads campaigns under the Consent Mode v2 framework. We do not sell your information to third parties outside the service.
4. Legal basis
We process your data based on your free, prior, express and informed consent (art. 5 of Law 25,326) and, where applicable, on the legitimate interest of running the site, preventing fraud and complying with tax or corporate obligations before AFIP and IGJ.
5. Who we share with
Data may be processed by technology providers acting as data processors: hosting providers with servers in the European Union and the United States, transactional email and anonymised metrics. All operate under confidentiality agreements and transfers with adequate safeguards.
6. How long we keep it
We keep contact messages for 24 months from the last interaction. Audit logs and data required by accounting rules are kept for 10 years. Analytics data is aggregated and anonymised after 14 months.
7. Your rights
You may exercise the rights of access, rectification, update, deletion and opposition by writing to privacidad@aurynexalix.com. You may also file claims with the Agency for Access to Public Information (Av. Pte. Gral. Julio A. Roca 710, Buenos Aires).
8. Minors
The site is intended for people over 18. If we detect minors' data submitted without parental authorisation, it is deleted immediately.
9. Policy changes
We may update this Policy to reflect regulatory or operational changes. We will always publish the current version and the date of last update on this page.
